INTRODUCTION: Our company attaches great importance to protecting the data entrusted to us. The collection, processing and use of personal data is subject to the provisions of applicable laws and the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the domain, system, platform or device on which the user uses our website (e.g. desktop computer, mobile device). The terms used in this document, e.g. “personal data”, “data processing”, are in accordance with the definitions contained in art. 4 of the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data processed on our website includes basic data (e.g. names and addresses of customers), contract data (e.g. services ordered, names of ordering parties, payment information), data on the use of the website (e.g. information about pages visited, about interest in specific products) and data entered by users (e.g. into the contact form).

The term “users” means all categories of persons whose data is processed. These include our contractors, customers, people interested in our products and other people visiting our website.

We process users’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This means that we process data only if there are legal grounds for it, in particular when data processing is necessary or required by law to provide our services under a contract (e.g. for processing orders) and to provide a website, we have the user’s consent, this is justified by our legitimate interest (related e.g. to the analysis, optimization, effective operation or security of our website, in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.f) GDPR); in particular, it is about measuring the reach of the website, creating profiles for advertising and marketing purposes, collecting access data and using the services of third parties. The legal basis for users’ consent is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) and art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for data processing for the purposes of providing our services and as part of the performance of contractual obligations is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) GDPR, the legal basis for data processing to meet our legal obligations is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. c) GDPR, and the legal basis for data processing as part of our legitimate interests is art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR.

SECURITY: In accordance with current technical standards, we have organizational, contractual and technical measures to guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, and to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons.

TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES We only transfer personal data to third parties to the extent permitted by applicable law. We only do this when it is necessary, e.g. to fulfil our obligations under the contract, in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) GDPR, or when it is justified by our legitimate interest in the economic and effective conduct of our business, in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR.

If we provide subcontractors with our services, we implement the necessary legal measures and adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

If this Privacy Policy applies to content, tools or other resources made available by third parties whose registered office is in a third country, it means that the data is transmitted to the country of the third party. Third countries are countries where the GDPR is not a directly applicable law, i.e. countries outside the EU and the European Economic Area. The condition for sending data to third countries is to guarantee an appropriate level of data security, obtain the consent of users or meet other legal conditions allowing the sending of data. 4. Website and product portfolio information In order to meet our contractual obligations and provide services, we process basic data (e.g. names, addresses and contact details of users) and contract data (e.g. services ordered, contact names, payment information) ) in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) GDPR.

In addition, we process data about the use of the website (e.g. information about pages visited on our website, about interest in specific products) and data entered by users (e.g. to contact forms or user profiles) for advertising purposes, e.g. to display product suggestions in the user’s profile based on his previous purchases.

ESTABLISHING A CONTACT We process the data of the user who contacts us (via the form or by e-mail) in order to handle the inquiry in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) GDPR.

COLLECTION OF ACCESS DATA AND SERVER LOGS Due to our legitimate interest provided for in art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR, we save information about each connection of users to the server on which our website is located (so-called server logs). Access data includes: name of the page viewed, file, date and time of page calling, amount of data sent, message of successful page calling, type and version of the web browser and user’s operating system, referrer (previously visited page), IP address and internet service provider.

Logs are saved by us for security reasons (e.g. to clarify possible fraud and abuse) for a maximum of seven days, and then deleted. The exception to the above rule is the data necessary for evidentiary purposes, which we store until the case is finally clarified.

COOKIES AND RANGE MEASUREMENT Cookies are information sent by our server or third party server to your web browser and saved there for later reading. Cookies are small files or other forms of saving information.

This Privacy Policy also informs users about the use of additional cookies for pseudonymous measurement of coverage. To prevent cookies from being saved to your device, you can deactivate the appropriate option in your browser settings. You can also delete cookies previously saved on your device in your browser settings. Refusal to save cookies may disable some of our website’s features. GOOGLE ANALITICS Due to our legitimate interest (analyzing, optimizing and ensuring the effective operation of our website within the meaning of art.6 par.1 lit.f) GDPR) we use Google Analytics, a website traffic analysis service, provided by Google Inc. (Google company). Google uses cookies. The information generated by cookies about the use of our website by users is usually sent to the Google server located in the USA, where they are stored. Google has the Privacy Shield certificate, which guarantees compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active)

Google uses this information to analyze the use of our website by users, to generate reports on user activities on our website and to provide us with other services related to the use of our website and the internet. To this end, pseudonymous user profiles can be created based on the data obtained. We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization. This means that Google shortens users’ IP addresses in European Union member states and other countries of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA, which is shortened there.

Google does not combine the IP address provided by your web browser with other data. The user can disable the saving of cookies by changing their browser settings accordingly. The user may also prevent the download of data generated by cookies about his use of the website and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout? hl = de.
